Our GSM Graphic Arts site in Thirsk manufactures UV resistant labels.

These can be used for outdoor applications and can be used in all-weather types. Due to various manufacturing methods and processes offered, GSM Graphic Arts manufactures both metal and plastic UV printed labels.

Exterior labels can be manufactured to suit a wide variety of industries these include anodised aluminium labels. Anodising aluminium is a process whereby raw aluminium is electrically charged in sulphuric acid which opens the ‘pores’ of the metal which we can then print into before sealing. This creates a protective layer to the ink making it more durable and longer lasting. The aluminium can be digitally printed in-house should you wish to include variable information.

Exterior labels in plastic form are an alternative to metal but are just as durable because GSM Graphic Arts uses clear polyester or polycarbonate which is then reverse printed with UV inks, again either digitally or screen printed.
